Happy Friday, all!! Are you enjoying the snow we got last night?! I woke up this morning to a foot of snow outside my window and I loved it for all of one hour… but it can go back to being warm and sunny now, okay.
As much as I love oversized sweaters, knee high boots and scarves…I really do not enjoy the cold. I am always the one curled up on the couch with a blanket on while it is 25 degrees in the summer, so this -15 degree weather does NOT sit well with me at all. To help me with this unwanted cold weather I have started to make (and freeze) a few soups and stews for the days when it’s cold outside and cooking a huge meal isn’t my thing. This crockpot beef stew is such a simple and delicious recipe, but I can’t really take credit for it…so thank you Club House for making these ready made pouches for slow cookers!
Literally all you need is the Club House Hearty Beef Stew pouch, 1 diced onion, 4 diced carrots, 6 tiny diced potatoes, 1 cup of water and 2 lbs of stewing Beef.
Add all of these ingredients together in to a crock pot and set on low for 8 hours. Then you either go to work/school (or procrastinate and scour Pinterest) for a few hours and wam bam thank you ma’am!! You now have a delicious and heart Beef Stew for dinner!
You can thank me later once you have stopped by your local grocery store to pick up this easy to make meal 😉
